Fall 2025/Winter 2026 upcoming trends

This fall and winter, we’re going to see a lot of check shirts, fringe, flannel print, sport jackets, and long sleeve shirts that are layered over with short sleeve shirts. My personal favorite is check shirts (flannel print) since they have been underrated for too long. Check shirts started with the release of collections from spring summer 2025. It had a big impact on The Row Community during that time and now it’s growing even more. Here are some of my favorite looks;

Continuing with sporty jackets, it all started in 2022/2023 with the vintage nike and Adidas bomber jacket trend that was going around that time, The fashion Industry thought they could make something similar to it and make it trending again and they did it with The Row( yes, again the row) with the S/S24 show and it got me into chokehold, i’m actually not big of an activewear fan but this was something else.

Fringe trend was actually in 2021 and 2023 (with denim jackets especially), then; in 2025, Fringe was trending again but this time with accessories( especially necklaces) during spring and now it has passed down into clothing again and its absolutely divine. I’m expecting it to be such a big trend of 2025.

Moving onto layering, lt was always a thing in fashion for styling and making outfits more elevated but now we’re layering ‘‘shirts’’ over each other. My mom used to do dress me like this when I was in elementery school with layering my long sleeve shirts the short sleeve ones and I was absolutely hating it but now, here we are, things have changed, It’s also an expected trend of 2025 and Im loving it.

flannel print ( as i’ve mentioned in check shirts), is also such a forecasted trend of 2025 fall /winter as we’re all seeing it already from The Row, Tibi, Miu

Miu ,Bottega Veneta, Doen, Massimo Dutti, cos etc. I’m personally obsessed with flannel print and I would definitely want it to last forever.
